Mini Check Privacy Policy / Mini Check 隐私政策

Mini Check ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application collects, uses, and safeguards your information. In short: We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers.

Mini Check（以下简称“我们”）致力于保护您的隐私。本隐私政策旨在说明我们的应用程序如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。简而言之：我们不会在我们的服务器上收集或存储您的任何个人数据。

1. Information Collection and Use / 信息收集与使用

Mini Check is an offline-first utility application. All data regarding assets, consumables, and inventory logs is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. We do not transmit this data to any external cloud servers.

Mini Check 是一款优先本地运行的工具类应用程序。所有关于固定资产、耗材和库存日志的数据均通过 SQLite 数据库存储在您的设备本地。我们不会将此数据传输至任何外部云服务器。

2. Camera and Photo Library Permissions / 相机与相册权限

To provide core functionalities, we require the following permissions:

• Camera Access: We use the camera to scan barcodes/QR codes for asset identification and to take photos of your items.
• Photo Library Access: We access your photo library only when you choose to upload an existing image for an asset.

These images and scan results are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not have access to view your photos or camera feed.

3. Data Storage and Security / 数据存储与安全

• Local Storage: All your data (including text and images) is stored within the app's sandbox on your device.
• Data Control: You have full control over your data. You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time within the app settings.
• Data Loss: Since we do not sync your data to a cloud server, deleting the app will result in the permanent deletion of your data. We strongly recommend using the "Export" feature to backup your data regularly.
